The Author: Anna V. Lambros was born in Salonika, Greece and attended Middlebury College, University of Arizona and Florida State University, where she received her Ph.D. in Multilingual/Multicultural Education in 1988. She taught at the University of Arizona before assuming a position at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is now an assistant professor of French.
