Elder Trene? L. Pruitt is a native of Dayton, Ohio. She was raised with Christian values and teachings with the understanding of "...as for me and my house we will serve the Lord." (Joshua 24:15) Elder Pruitt confessed Christ as her personal savior at an early age and began her Christian service at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio in many ministries. In 1991, Elder Pruitt relocated to Toledo, Ohio. She united with Friendship Baptist Church under the leadership of her father in the ministry, Bishop Duane C. Tisdale. She served in the choir, was the assistant Youth Coordinator/Advisor/teacher, and the evangelism ministries. Elder Pruitt currently belongs to Oakley Full Gospel Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio under the leadership of Overseer Jonathan J.H. McReynolds. She was ordained as an elder on February 20, 2004, by Bishop Andy C. Lewter, Jr., predecessor to Overseer McReynolds. She is the Evangelism Coordinator for the Oakley Full Gospel Baptist Church and District Director of Evangelism for Full Gospel Baptist Fellowship International Columbus. Additionally, Elder Pruitt has been divinely assigned for extended ministerial service at Second Baptist Church, New London, Ohio under the pastorate of Jamie R. Richardson. In early 2005, Elder Trene? L. Pruitt founded Healing Hearts Beyond the Walls to reach out to the spiritually wounded. The mission of Healing Hearts Beyond the Walls is to restore health and heal wounds. "I will give you back your health and heal your wounds says the Lord..." (Jeremiah 30:17). Elder Pruitt preaches, teaches, motivates, encourages and empower others as a part of her laboring for the Kingdom of God. In addition, she is a public speaker, entrepreneur and above all things sold out to God.
