In her leadership role, she actively strives to help her clients live life to the fullest by helping them in addressing issues such as wellness, stress management, and mental health. To further encourage military service members and their families, Dr. Abrams authored her book After Deployment. Dr. Abrams is a Certified Coach "Accountability Partner," a Certified Mentor by the Memphis Grizzlies Foundation, a Certified Family Support Specialist, as well as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. In each of these roles, she uses active listening and powerful questions to help her clients unearth their strengths, goals, and passions. She then helps them bring each to life by providing support and guidance, as well as a roadmap for success.
