He has a Masters in Education. He frequently trains throughout the Asia Pacific region. Occasionally even further afield. His most popular learning program is 'Winning Collection Skills'. He writes for magazines such as Business Credit (NACM), Credit Today (UK), CCR World (UK), and Credit Management in Australia. When not travelling on business, he's travelling on pleasure with his Malaysian wife and young son.
