Phil Bair studied philosophy, technology and earth sciences at the University of Iowa, the University of Colorado, and the National Institute of Technology. His roles include author, social commentator, Bible study leader, worship pastor, and director of contemporary music and worship for several evangelical churches. He has served as philosophy consultant and speaker for Rivendell, a cultural apologetics organization founded in Denver, Colorado and headquartered in Santa Barbara, California. Dr. Craig Blomberg, Distinguished Professor of New Testament at Denver Seminary made the following remark about Phil in 1990: "I can say that his insights and astuteness rival those of the best of our graduate level seminary students."
