Deliver Us From Evil (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781291099270)

We all know how the IRA's bombing campaign ended. Without the British public seeing a single weapon handed in, the IRA's mass murderers are today walking the very streets in which their atrocities were committed. But did it really have to end like that? What if the British Government had found the nerve to smash the IRA completely using Special Forces operatives? Major Sam Longdon, an ex-Special Forces officer with years of experience, is tasked to do just that. Carefully selecting his team of specialists, the top secret operation he agrees to take on is fraught with danger. His mission is simple enough - to find and kill the top echelon of the IRA. There's only one snag - it must be done covertly with no comebacks for the government. Impossible? Not according to author Jack Leyton.
