Kerry Bystrom is Associate Professor of English and Human Rights at Bard College, USA, and Bard College Berlin, Germany. She has published widely on South African literary and cultural studies in journals including Journal of Southern African Studies, African Studies, Social Dynamics, and Comparative Literature.
