Norlita Brown, a graduate of Georgia State University, is the co-founder of Brown Essence, Inc. a small publishing company that has set out to put a realistic face on the problems in the African American community. She is the co-author of Stages, a self-motivational book filled with inspirational words of wisdom; Saying Nothing, Writing Everything and The Minds' Chaotic Episodes, a collaboration where the many emotions of life are captured through poetry. Brown has also released, Somebody Else's Vows, a novel of pure essence that stares marriage in the eye begging to know who is delusional while bringing truth and honesty to the world of infidelity. She is currently working on the sequel, Sexual Suicide due to be released, April 2012. Brown is the Vice-President and founding member of a faith based writer's group M-PACT (Motivated Pens and Creative Thoughts) led by national best-selling author, Kendra Norman-Bellamy and a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
