Jiwan Jain was introduced to yoga at a young age of 10, when his father started taking him along to a yoga ashram in the Aravali hills in Delhi during the summer holidays. In 1970, after his graduation as an electronics engineer, Jiwan moved to London. There his interest in yoga was reignited and he took a diploma in teachers training with the British Wheel of Yoga. Jiwan has taught and practised yoga for many years and meditational yoga is a culmination of his life's experience in this field.
