He is an ardent prolific writer and lyricist, a member of ASCAP and was Executive Director of Citizens Action Group for the Protection of the Environment. He is well known for his efforts to bring scientific knowledge to the public. He is a registered pharmacist with over thirty five years of experience and has served his country with honor as a Second World War veteran. He served in the United States Navy attached to the 6th marine division, the 11th and 96th Seabees. He participated in the invasion of Balikpapan, Borneo and received a battled action ribbon along with the China Burma medal, the Philippine Liberation medal, Asiatic Pacific medal, American theater medal and the Honorary Victory discharge medal. His aim is to present informative and educational facts to the public regarding their nutritional health making them also aware of toxic chemicals in our environment, food, water and air.
