There are areas in every Christian's life that present challenges. These areas are usually the places where we are weakest. Of course, the desire of the adversary is to cause us to get weaker and weaker even to the point of allowing our challenges to overtake us. It is not a bright idea to feed these large lurking, hungry creatures. To do so will cause you and your loved ones to be hurt, and it could be fatal. So it is with the "bears" of depression, resentment and anger. This book shares in a brief, yet powerful manner, how to walk in victory over these challenges. Included are strategies to overcome disappointments, sadness, suicide, self-pity, and other partner emotions associated with depression, resentment, and anger. It is anchored in truths applicable to both mature and adolescent audiences who may be facing these challenges as developing believers.
