Dont Empower Them: Freeing yourself from the negative feelings (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798270590635)

Ever feel bad for something you should not, or
think about an event, something that happened
or is about to happen way too much? This
book will walk you through the process to get
through or past this or these feelings.

There are people, like me in the past that spend
way too much time on something that does or
did not deserve the amount of time or many
times for that matter no time at all on and I sat
there and vacillated over and over on this one
event while I was losing precious time and
missing out on other happy opportunities.
Ever feel that way, feeling it now or want to
know how to get past it when this comes up?
Keep reading and we will show you the tips,
tricks and techniques of one, noticing it quickly,
how to get past it and the tools to handle it, be
done and have it in your past.
We all have our own journey, our own path
that we have forged, the footprints that we
have left behind. In those footprints are built in
scars from the trauma along the way. What
this books intention is to minimize the scars
and increase the happiness in your life by
pushing past the emotions and damage they
can bring with them.
Recently I had an event in my life that really
inspired this book because I don't want others
to have to go through this experience.
I had to attend my father's funeral, he was a
Vietnam Veteran and had a full military funeral,
taps, gun salute and flag presentation. As the
oldest and only child, it was supposed to be my
honor to receive the presentation of the flag.
My Aunt in all of her narcissistic ways stole that
from me and got them to present the flag to
her, not only that, she and her son, ushered the
flag and Presidential letter to their car without
even allowing me to see either one.
This ate at me, I gave in to the emotion of
allowing her to gain a large portion of my
power for over a week. So many other things
were affected from this one event because I
allowed it to.
When we are in this mental state, we are giving
up a part of ourselves which is not a good thing.
We can allow our mental health decline, our
anger to run rampant and make very poor
decisions on or in other areas of our lives.
Or, we can control these mental processes,
move on and be done with them. Will the
emotion come up again, yes but through the
techniques that are shared with you, it can
make it as easy as you allow it to be by
following a few short steps.
I wish you the very best in all you do and hoping
that this book can eliminate some headache's
and heartache's by replacing them with lifelong
good memories.
Continue to read on because I will share not
only the tips, tricks and techniques I use on
how to get past these types of events, but how
in this scenario, what I did and how I handled
this exact situation.
Remember, that we all are not perfect and can
struggle through what I call, life getting in the
way. Honestly, I thought I had a handle on this
type of behavior and how to deal with these
types of situations and I allowed it to go on for
a week, which was about seven days too long
