My style; "Dragon Fire Qigong," based on my perceptions and practices, of which I needed to develop for recovery, healing, and the mindful presence of wellness and joyous being. Is the path I chose to take. When awareness of my healing needs had found, that what was on offer at the time, through our medical system, was not helping. My illnesses forged from a lifetime of traumatic events. Using Meditations as an aid, within the "Eight Tri Gram" form structure- created; Harmony and Balanced Stretching. As I progressed my forms and techniques 'Ba Duan Jin Seated Essence' forged. Helping with spinal reconditioning, along with this, a change to my Minds development. Dragon Fire Qigong Style; originate mostly from my own adaptions. A design from what worked for me, developing this self healing and recovery.
Within a mastering of forms, (proven masters) both studied and practiced. Creates my embellishment, a structure that suited my Western Mind and culture.
Seated "Eight Tri Gram " forms a base; and being trained from a Master, in "Ba Duan Jin Seated Essence" and "Longevity Form," established a wellness, restoration and a physical restructure of my spine injuries (based on TCM theory). Incorporation of Qigong forms, allowed a deeper penetration into healing and mindful energies. Needed to assist in mind meditations, along with the further balancing of harmonies stretched through my spine. This book emerged. Developed to incorporate Qigong; now as an energy and mindful practice for meditation and joyful wellness, established as a easy, joyful, lifetime pathway.
