We must not forget from whence we came. Honoring and respecting our planetary environment is critical. It is interconnected with our respect for one another, other cultures, and their Earthly places of abode. Each human has the inalienable right to regularly consume breaths of (fresh) air as such has been incorporated into the creation of the planet. This is self-evident, regardless of what faith or culture one practices.
Humankind should not be remiss in accepting that a Creative Energy formed this planet first, along with all its oceans, rivers, continents, islands, and peninsulas. This formation occurred before any territory, country, or nation was even a twinkle in an explorer's or colonist's eye. As complementary life forms, certain types of animals and plant life evolved and were able to coexist, for the most part, in relative harmony with us humans.
More so than any economic model, including benign or malignant capitalism, socialism, or totalitarianism, every country must make a deep commitment to look after Mother Earth, in accordance with that country's global location. One's respective religious beliefs or cultural worship practices should not override the appreciation of this planet and its inhabitants. Compassionate, selfless leaders must step forward and commit themselves. They must join in placing Earth first as a priority in their concerns, so as to provide a more hospitable, survivable, and fulfilling life for all inhabitants of Earth. S.E.C.C.
