J. Wilkin Dr. Wilkin earned his Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from UCLA. He currently directs the Cleveland Science Initiative at Grover Cleveland High School in Reseda, CA, where his students focus on ecological issues, human genetics and forensic science. Prior to teaching high school, Dr. Wilkin held faculty positions at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. Dr. Wilkin also serves as the Life Science expert for the CK-12 Foundation, and is the lead editor of their "Understanding Biodiversity" on-line journal.
