Her many years of personal struggles with weight, dental, and other health related challenges, lead Dawn to set out on a path which would forever change her life. After successfully losing thirty pounds and keeping it off on a low-carbohydrate life-style plan, she now serves as a beacon of hope for others to follow. Having witnessed the devastating consequences of poor health choices amongst family and friends based on overwhelming and confusing nutrition and health information, she made it her mission to become a spark for change. As a visionary, Dawn realized a need for an addition to the current structure of individuals providing nutritional education and guidance (dieticians and nutritionists) and thus created her position as a Nutritional Awareness Consultant. She serves as an independent nutritional health educator and advocate for the people.
