Either God Is or God Isn't (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798240927522)

Either God Is or God Isn't is a sweeping spiritual memoir and metaphysical exploration written by a 73-year-old seeker whose life has been shaped by miracles, loss, awakening, and a peace that continues to deepen beyond all understanding. Raised without religion yet imprinted early with a sense of the Divine, the author carried quiet belief through childhood, adulthood, and into the most devastating moment of his life-the sudden death of his wife Mary Jo during what was meant to be a second honeymoon. The shock and grief plunged him into the dark night of the soul, a place where each morning began with the question of whether life was worth continuing. Yet this tragedy became the doorway to the greatest spiritual journey he would ever know. As he writes, "This tragedy started the greatest spiritual journey of my life and is continuing to this very day."

This book challenges everything we assume about God, the world, science, and ourselves. It confronts the insanity of modern life-war, corruption, disease, fear-and explains why recognizing the insanity is the first sign of becoming sane. It dismantles the fear-based doctrines of hell, Satan, and divine punishment, revealing instead a God of infinite Love who "doesn't even know about any of those difficulties because Source isn't aware of the existence of this entire universe." The author explores the power of the mind, the nature of the ego, and the profound Truth that peace is our natural state.

Drawing deeply from A Course in Miracles, he presents a radical cosmology: that the universe began not with a scientific explosion, but with a momentary dream of separation within Christ-the Son of God-whose innocent question, "What else is there?" sparked a temporary illusion of time, space, and form. The Holy Spirit entered this dream as the bridge back to God, guiding all eight billion minds toward awakening. Forgiveness becomes the central tool for dissolving the ego, peeling away its layers until nothing remains but the radiant Truth of our Divine Nature.

The book also includes a moving retelling of Rebecca Ruter Springer's Intra Muros, a nineteenth-century vision of Heaven filled with shimmering garments, golden streets, angelic music, and the overwhelming Love of God. The author shares how this manuscript came into his life through a dying friend whose faith shone brighter than her illness. Her words-"God could heal me if He wants, but maybe He wants to use me from the other side because I've got a big mouth."-left a permanent imprint on his heart and deepened his understanding of life beyond the veil.

Either God Is or God Isn't blends personal testimony, metaphysical insight, spiritual revelation, and lived experience into a guide for anyone seeking meaning beyond suffering. It is a reminder that fear is learned, Love is eternal, and awakening is inevitable. The author's daily prayer-"Holy Spirit, please grant perfection in listening to the Sacred Silence between my thoughts"-becomes an invitation for readers to experience their own miracles and rediscover the Presence that has never left them.

This is not a book of doctrine. It is a book of transformation. A companion for those who have questioned, doubted, suffered, or sensed that this world is not our true Home. A roadmap for returning to the peace, joy, and Love that have always been ours.
