Roberta Ann Moore is a psychotherapist in private practice and an executive coach and consultant specializing in emotional intelligence in the workplace. She provides Emotional Intelligence assessments, training and talent development using the EQI 2.0 and the EQI 360, a conceptual framework developed by Dr. Reuven Bar-On. Moore has extensive experience in the corporate world, specifically in business development, marketing, accounting, internal audit and finance. She has served as a staff instructor at the St. Louis Community College, teaching courses on marketing, taxation and choice of business entity, and as a facilitator for Brian Tracy's Phoenix Seminars. She frequently lectures on the topics of emotional intelligence and passion at work.
