Cindy Boily has enjoyed great success during her 20 years in the corporate world in the roles of credit manager and human resource manager. After being coached herself, she discovered her passion to help others reach their goals and full potential. She had always enjoyed that part of her managerial role; however, wanting to concentrate and develop these skills, she quit the corporate world and started training at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as a Co-Active Coach(R). Cindy is the founder of Butterfly Affect Coaching; she now lives her passion by coaching women who are transitioning to the next chapter in their lives. Living with chronic pain herself, she has a unique ability to relate and empower women who want to thrive and reach their full potential while dealing with the challenges of life.
