Enlightened Love (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781452835525)

Kerry Reynolds is on the run from a fiance-gone-bad when she finds herself homeless and car-less in Richmond, VA. She can't contact anyone she knows because the man she thought she loved will use them to find her. She needs a safe place to stay, out of the summer heat, and she'll trade anything to get it. Rick Abernathy, an ex-Buddhist monk, has one thing he'd like to get rid of: his virginity. When he meets Kerry he knows she's a mess, but he's drawn to her. He offers her a place to stay and she offers him anything he wants, but his long ingrained sense of honor won't let him take her as long as she sees it as an obligation. Kerry's fiance is in Richmond, on the verge of finding her. She knows he'll kill her, but will he also kill anyone who gets in his way? Leaving town, fast and alone, will keep Rick out of the line of fire, but then she risks losing the one thing that really matters to her, Rick's enlightened love.
