Prof. Ashwin Satyanarayana received his master's and PhD degrees in Computer Science from SUNY-Albany. He has over fifteen years of experience in Databases and Data Mining. He was an Applied Researcher at Microsoft, where he worked on Microsoft's search engine Bing. His current interests are in Data Mining, Machine Learning, Data Preparation, Information Theory, Applied Probability with applications in Real World Learning Problems.
