Every Broken Part Remembers a Name (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798233581120)

In a dusty industrial district of Tehran, hidden behind a heavy blue iron door, lies a workshop with a legendary promise: "If we cannot repair it, we will build something better."

Roya Navid is a successful mechanical engineer who has spent years designing high-tech components in a clean, corporate world. When her grandfather, Baba Sharif, passes away, she returns to his aging workshop with one intention: to sell the building and move on. But inside the shop's quiet, grease-stained walls, she discovers a legacy far more complex than a simple collection of tools.

Roya finds a leather-bound ledger titled The Inventory of Solutions, containing 314 blueprints for homemade inventions that solved the community's most desperate problems-from low-cost water filters and medical devices to bicycle-powered generators. However, one page has been carefully cut out. Blueprint 313 is missing.

As Roya begins to piece together the fragments of her grandfather's final project, she is drawn into a high-stakes mystery that stretches across the city. Powerful corporate interests are determined to seize the workshop and its secrets to commercialize them for profit. To protect her heritage, Roya must team up with a group of unlikely allies: a resilient weaver, a one-legged teacher, a veteran farmer, and a brilliant young apprentice.

Every Broken Part Remembers a Name is an inspiring human drama that celebrates ingenuity and resilience. It is a story about finding hope in the wreckage, the power of shared knowledge, and the realization that the greatest inventions are not made of gears and wires, but of people who refuse to let each other fall. Join Roya on an unforgettable journey through the heart of Tehran, where every broken machine carries someone's future, and where the smallest repair can fix the biggest worry.
