Elaine Rabelo Neiva is Professor in the Department of Social and Work Psychology and in the Postgraduate Program in Social, Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Brasília (UnB). PhD, master's and undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Brasília (UnB); postdoctoral internship in the Social and Organizational Psychology Program at Columbia University at New York. She conducts research in Organizational Change and Analysis, Social Network Analysis in work contexts and in the implementation of public policies, and people management in organizations. She was a member of the board of the Brazilian Society of Organizational and Work Psychology (SBPOT) from 2010 to 2014. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Psychology Theory and Research.
