Evolving into Oneness: An Introspection into Learning to Deal and Heal (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798693319349)

The book is a deeply personal account of the life experiences of the author. It's the duality of being emotionally charged yet empowering and motivating. It encompasses childhood innocence lost, fragility and vulnerability exposed, resilience and strength seen after suffering from the trauma of sexual abuse. With the author's account, she had to deal with the traumatic effects of childhood and sexual abuse, which can remain and recur throughout life for women who have not healed emotionally. For family and friends, it is a tool for understanding. For survivors of any type of sexual abuse, it gives so much encouragement and validation for people working to heal from emotional and mental trauma. For the author, it is a memoir of facing demons, difficult work and catharsis.
