Jessica Smyrl has had an interest in managing stress since 2006 when she studied for a Diploma in Stress Management which gave an insight into how to handle and deal with stress effectively. She is a qualified nurse and worked as a manager in the NHS and now runs a health and wellbeing training and consultancy with workplaces and individuals to help to reduce stress and be more resilient.
