Stephen Geller is a novelist, screenwriter, playwright, and professor. Among his many films and documentaries, Geller'si adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse-Five" won the Special Jury Prize at the Cannes Film Festival; his international mini-series, "Warburg: A Man of Influence," garnered the Silver Bear Award, for Best International Mini-series. His television documentaries have won the Peabody Award, as well as the Connecticut Governor-General's Medal. Geller has lived in Rome and in Paris for a good part of his life, working in the international film industries, as well as in Hollywood. At present he teaches Shakespeare, Satire, and creative writing at Savannah College of Art and Design, where he lives with his dancing daughter, his writing/designing/acting wife, and an enormous ark of animals. He writes daily, while awaiting the deluge.
