She has worked in the television industry as a character and concept illustrator for clients pitching children's television shows as well as in graphic design in New York. Besides making art, Joanne loves exploring the world with her family, road trips, photography, cycling along the Amsterdam canals at midnight, snorkeling, day dreaming, collecting picture books and stationary, and loves Kpop and Jazz.
