Boiler has pending litigation for collectors' violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) that will likely commence in 2014. About Brad- Brad Boruk started out his professional career selling cars; he was obsessed with customer satisfaction. Brad understood that customer satisfaction made people happy and it also sent him referral business. After becoming a top salesperson based on his ability to make customers happy, Brad noticed a problem with the industry, people with no credit or bad credit were treated differently, and they were not treated fairly.
