Do you struggle to get out of bed in the morning? Does your day-to-day routine lack meaning and fulfillment? Perhaps you could use an extra dose of happiness.
Whether you're suffering from depression or anxiety, or you're looking to improve your mood and mental health, social researcher A. Luetchford has just the right antidote. With wit and humour, Luetchford uses her own decade-long battle against depression to share with you the lessons she learned and the interventions that helped her find happiness again. In Find Your Happy, you will learn how to do all this and more:
Luetchford's practical guide is for anyone looking to find more joy in life. Incorporate these interventions into your daily routine to change your life and "find your happy."
A. Luetchford is a full-time social researcher for a national charity. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Nottingham and a master's degree in social research from Goldsmiths, University of London.
After a ten-year battle with depression, Luetchford has decided to speak out about her experience, to play her part in reducing the stigma associated with mental health issues.
Luetchford lives in London with her blind husband, James. Together they ski with Parasnowsport GB's Pathways team. Luetchford is also a part-time artist. You can find her work by visiting her website at www.aliceluetchford.com.
