Finding Her (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781764748407)

Finding Her is a sapphic, return to small hometown, second-chance contemporary romance.

After an angry phone call from her brother, forty-year-old lesbian Pip Harris reluctantly returns to her small coastal hometown of Golden Point, to be with her depressed and grieving mother. Pip is a Type-A workaholic, country-turned-city gal, whose idea of a good time is a glass of shiraz and a one-night stand.

Lucy Marr is a separated, bisexual, forty-year-old mother who never left Golden Point. Her life revolves around her two jobs and home. With her daughter turning twenty and having her own life, Lucy realises how alone she is, even with her best friend in her corner. Her daughter sets her up on a dating app, but Lucy isn't ready to get back on the horse after her husband cheated and left three years earlier.

When Pip and Lucy bump into each other at the Bean There, Done That café, they discover the attraction they had as high school sweethearts is still there.

Lucy is busy planning a career's night at the school she works at, and Pip is trying to sort her mother's life out. They decide to help each other, and although nothing is simple between them, a stolen kiss couldn't hurt, right?
