Tracking has been around since the dawn of man. It's something that I feel is natural and instinctual within the human species. Our ability to reason, problem solve, learn, and adapt has given us the ability to progress, to modernize, and to become civilized. Tracking gave me life, a connection to the Earth, and it has given my life a purpose and meaning. This book has tracking stories, life lessons, and my heart put into it. I hope you enjoy it. My personal approach to tracking is more of a holistic approach. I think tracking humans makes my wildlife tracking better and tracking wildlife makes my man tracking better. To me, it's just tracking. It's a tool. It's only a small part of the hunt. To understand and interpret the story on the ground is almost a lost art.
