Footsteps Back to Primal

By: Quinn Arbogast

Footsteps Back to Primal is a poignant discussion of what it means to be human. The author takes a deep dive into the 5 main categories of human life, comparing and contrasting modern life to the lives of our hunter-gatherer ancestors, searching for balance between our primal nature as human beings and the sprawling societies we find ourselves living in. The discussion within this book is critical if we are to survive and thrive as a species heading further into the 21st century.
