This is both a short-story compilation and non-fiction book, as all stories can be read as their own complete piece, but lined up in the order that they are in both installments, they make a complete life story.

For my Lost Love (Book One) is from Moon's point of view.
These stories are poetic, metaphorical, and melancholic. They show how Moon is much less literal in their retelling, preferring instead to describe as a nostalgic, yearning journey. It's as if they are distanced from their own life, yet so desperately clinging onto every moment.

It is recommended to purchase both installments of the "For my" Series, as both books give unique insights into the complete story that the other doesn't give. Certain illustrations, key mentions in the stories, and even the cover art can only be fully understood after completing both books.

Both installments of the "For my" series are printed with a slightly larger than normal text size, and with larger spacing between lines of text. This allows for those with reading difficulties and vision difficulties to have an easier time using accommodations, or simply allowing for more differentiation between lines for those who need it.
