Second, we have to look at the automatic and subconscious choices your mind makes throughout your day. Most of your life is lived automatically based on programs and algorithms that are pre-loaded for you. You can change most of them. You can use neurological chainsaws to cut through the habits and routines, to reshape your mental processes into whatever you want them to be.
This work is a blend of psychology, neuroscience, and memoirs. Scattered in between the strategies and concepts are paired journal entries.
