I would like to reiterate something.

I made this for the ones who are still here and for the ones that are unfortunately gone.

This isn't therapy but I can promise you that it is therapeutic. This has gone through its own version of healing and can be the opportunity to help you start yours. The way these words have found you is the same way you can find peace. Within these pages and between these words, you will find humanity and an unfiltered experience. So please believe me when I say that I wrote this for you and only you. And sometimes you may find other people's pages in your book but that just means that you now have the resources to help them as well. We need this. We need each other.
