Something has happened in your life that is causing a lot of inner pain. While it's perfectly normal to feel bad about an unpleasant experience, we may end up holding on to these negative feelings for a time longer than necessary. The longer we hold on to bitter feelings, the more influence they get over our lives. We start to habitually judging people & situation based on our past. Don't let stories of the past control our present & future... At any moment, we have a choice. We can either hold on to anger or we could let it go. Forgiveness is a healing process that liberates you from the wounds of the past. Forgiveness doesn't mean we forget what happened in the past. It's more about releasing our negative emotions we have associated with a past experience. In 'Forgiveness', readers are introduced to a step-by-step process of releasing negative emotions and making peace with people, places, situations and ultimately, their past. The book proposes the idea of looking deep within ourselves and rooting out negative emotions from our core. Stop self-blame, judgment, fear and victim mentality and live life of peace, content & joy.
