Dr Kalpesh Prajapat BDS (Liverpool) Kalpesh graduated from Liverpool Dental School in 2016 with distinctions in Restorative Dentistry and Oral Diseases. Kalpesh was awarded several prizes both throughout undergraduate and during his early postgraduate career with the most recent being the ADG postgraduate award in Dentistry. Following graduation, Kalpesh secured his 1st choice foundation post in Cambridge. Kalpesh currently holds a DCT 1 post at Birmingham Dental Hospital in restorative and oral surgery whilst also working in general dental practice. Kalpesh secured his desired post following ranking in the top 1% of applicants in the 2017 national recruitment selection process. Kalpesh has interest in oral surgery, restorative dentistry, digital dentistry, and education. Kalpesh was a key contributor to the DentaliQ interview preparation book for foundation training and also pioneered a bespoke SJT workshop in preparation for national recruitment foundation interviews. Kalpesh has recently been selected, as one of the first UK Dentists, to join NHS England's Clinical Entrepreneur Fellowship programme aimed at bringing innovation into healthcare. Dr Dima Mobarak BDS (B'Ham), MFDS RCS (Glasg) Dr Dima Mobarak graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2015. She has completed dental core training in Restorative Dentistry at Manchester Dental Hospital and is currently in her DCT 2 year. She is passionate about education and is currently a mentor for younger dental students at her university. She has had a lot of experience in interview preparation having worked as an event coordinator with Dental Training Consultants, co-authored the DentaliQ book and App and organised DFT mock interview courses at national interview centres. Dima is heavily involved in dental and non-dental humanitarian charity work, having set up oral health promotion schemes in local primary schools and trained junior Dentists in her projects. Dima has an interest in facial aesthetics and adult orthodontics - she has already completed the Six Month Smile course and undertaken a study with Invisalign at Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry, San Francisco. Outside of DCT, she works at a private cosmetic practice part-time and has presented at national and international conferences including the IADR in Seoul, Korea.
