Four Letters (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798227099648)

A potent drug that resurrects memories, a serial killer loose in the city, and a string of letters left at the crime scenes.

Inspector Haris Malik, renowned for solving the Inkan case, has had enough of awkward interviews and scathing articles. A series of murders is sweeping across the city, but Haris wants no part of it-until a letter is discovered at the latest crime scene. A message, from Haris's estranged wife of 15 years.

New Wellington, the capital of the surviving Alliance faction, is buckling under snow and paranoia. Haris's new partner, Thea Olsen, is struggling to hold it together under the anxiety of military conscription. As the pair delve deeper, they uncover a sinister thread connecting the murders-Skolodrone, a narcotic that grants users access to their past, while destroying their minds in the process.

As Haris races to discover the source of the letters, he dredges up more memories with every message, slowly tearing his psyche apart. He must confront not only the killer stalking the shadows, but also the haunting companions of his own past, buried beneath layers of time and pain.

"Isn't it just so great when you find one of those books that completely drags you in, makes you fall in love with the characters, and demands that you sit on the edge of your seat for every horrific, nail-biting moment of it? Well this is definitely one of them! This is an incredibly well written book. The story telling is riveting." Jess McCallops

"The book really gets into all the characters' lives. I look forward to reading more." Sabrinasbooks
