From Badly Broken, to Beautifully Mended tells the life story of Teachia Turrentine. It details how, from the time of her earliest memories, she was exposed to extremely traumatic events that shaped the course of her life. In addition to examining the detrimental effects of childhood trauma, the book serves as a testament that purpose is often birthed through pain. It demonstrates that, no matter what a person has gone through in life, there will always be an opportunity to choose a different outcome. After battling depression and other mental demons, Teachia decided that it was her God-given right to fight to live the life she was created to-- a life of healing, purpose, love, and freedom.
