Romans 8:37 says "Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors and gain an overwhelming victory through him who loved us so much that he died for us." Christ died to give us life and life more abundantly. Can you surrender all your hurt and pain to Jesus? It's not meant for you to bear, it's too heavy for you! I pray that God's spirit moves upon you as you read this book. Did you know that from a biblical perspective brokenness is the stripping of self-reliance and independence from God? The broken person has no confidence in his own righteousness or his own works. He is cast in total dependence upon the grace of God working in and through him. Others have been bound by sexual promiscuity or failed relationships. Engaging in multiple partners keeps you bound up with spirits of oppression, depression, and sexual transmitted demons.
