So in simple sense: He became poor so we might become rich. Remember that the scripture cannot be broken (John 10: 35). So where do we now place poor Christians? Why are many Christians poor and beggarly? Is there something these folks are not doing well? Do you know that some ignorant people even feel that Christianity is a religion for the poor? No! The God we serve is the most successful individual in the whole universe. He owns everything in the whole wide world (Psalm 24: 1).
