Stephen Taub is a Canadian investment banker, corporate finance strategist, and business advisor with decades of experience helping companies raise capital, execute growth strategies, and navigate complex corporate transactions. Born in Toronto, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University, a Special Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Windsor, and an MBA in Finance, also from Windsor.
His career spans banking, investment management, brokerage, and corporate finance, beginning as an oil analyst with Wood Gundy and a money trader with the Bank of Nova Scotia, before more than fifteen years as a broker in Toronto's financial district, where he became a partner in several respected brokerage firms.
Today, Stephen is Managing Partner of Branalex Financial Group Inc., a Toronto-based investment banking and corporate advisory firm, advising clients on capital raising, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, corporate restructuring, investor relations, and strategic growth. Known for a practical, results-oriented approach, he has helped entrepreneurs and management teams across industries turn ideas into investable opportunities and growth into lasting enterprise value.
