ABOUT THE AUTHOR AS Of 1983 James Norman Hall was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He works for an international computer company and lives on a half-acre home site in Utah. His wife, Julie, is from Mexico City, and the couple has two cultures to share with their family of six children.
