The title Gems is unique within itself. The poetry displays deep thoughts that causes one to think of the known as well as the unknown. I chose Gems for my title because I feel that every one of my poems is as a collection of fine stones. As one reads a poem, I want the experience to be as one who gazed upon a fine gem. As with Gems, the quality of some poems will be better than others. It is my sincere desire that my readers will experience the same pleasure and satisfaction as a gem collector would receive when he gazes upon a rare stone.
