Generation Jumping: Losing Those Who Are Not Lost (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798385061259)

Many people are lost in the sense that the good news of the Lord Jesus is hidden or unknown to them, or they do not believe in eternal life. Yet, if we open our hearts to God, we can see the precious lessons about love, hope, grief, and faith that lie within every soul's final chapter on Earth. In a memoir inspired by the writings within coffee-stained notebooks and notes on funeral home napkins, Steve Beal Sr. offers insights, through his personal experiences, on how faith thrives in the sacred ordinary. While sharing the memories surrounding the final days of several members of his family, he details the countless revered moments of divine mercy that defined a generation. Throughout his inspirational story of faith, Steve reveals how he plodded through loss, including a heart-wrenching farewell to his father, and invites others to witness the delicate give and take between salvation and the inevitability of death, and how divine grace can brighten even the most challenging moments of finality here on Earth. Born into a lineage of preachers, a devoted Christian draws from his experiences with loss and spiritual journey to testify that faith thrives in the holy ground of ordinary love.
