Katia Narain Phillips and Nadia Narain were born and raised in Hong Kong, of Indian and South African heritage.

With training in massage, NADA five-point ear acupuncture and Trauma Release, she helps people reconnect with themselves through both hands-on work and writing. She is the founder of Phyto Nectars, a plant and mushroom supplement brand. Her work blends science, lived experience, and practical tools for healing.

Katia lives in London with her husband and two sons.
