The Authors: Euvgeny Novikov is a former member of the secret International Department of the Central Committee and presently Professor at the U.S. Army Russian Institute, in Garmisch, Germany.
Father Bascio was Director of the Doctoral Program in Humanities at Salve Regina University in Newport Rhode Island and presently works with Haitian Refugees in the Turks and Caicos Islands. He is the author of two books: The U.N. Was My Parish and Building a Just Society.
