Kevin Weatherby was raised in West Texas. He grew up working on ranches from Big Lake, Texas to Carrizo Springs, Texas and many points in between. In 2011, his wife prayed that God would open up an opportunity in Colorado. The next day, a man called and asked Kevin to start a cowboy ministry in Elbert County Colorado.
