The relevant passages of scripture from which I drew inspiration in writing this collection of new hymns have a common theme, the call to discipleship and the interaction of our faith and trust in God with that of service to others in Christ's name. The simple melodies I have written for my hymns give due emphasis and gravitas to key words and concepts relating to the priesthood of all believers.
