Grace & Tommy and the Magic Window (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798175002141)

What do you do when it's far too cold to play outside?

For Grace and Tommy, a freezing Sunday begins with boredom, bickering and nothing much to do. But when they discover that the window is completely covered in beautiful icy squiggles and snowflakes, they begin drawing pictures in the frost.

Castles. Palm trees. Beach balls. A blazing sun.

Then their fingers touch.

SPARK!

In a flash of magical light, Grace and Tommy are whisked away from their wintry world and into a wonderful adventure filled with warm sand, sunshine, crashing waves and new friends.

But when they wake up back at home, cosy by the fire with hot chocolate and marshmallows, was their frosted adventure only a dream?

Perhaps the warm sand hiding in their socks knows the answer.

Grace & Tommy's and The Magic Window is a colourful, imaginative story about siblings, creativity and the wonderful places a little imagination can take you.

Inspired by a very cold Sunday afternoon with the author's own children more than thirty years ago, it's a story for sharing, snuggling up and reading together.
